config-package-dev software package provides CDBS modules for building configuration packages, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install config-package-dev
config-package-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the config-package-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep config-package-dev *
You will get with config-package-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
